Maths - countdown.

We love this game countdown (based on the tv show). It involves quick thinking and mental arithmetic. Here is Tegan explaining her work.

Swimming lessons

We are learning heaps and having fun at the stadium over the next week or so doing swimming lessons. It's a great way to improve our technique and increase our fitness over these cold wet days. Mrs Hynd is enjoying the coffee!! 

Loving our ICT

We are using google docs to write our stories this week. It is great as we can work at school or at home. Mrs Hynd can see our work as we write and at anytime 24/7!!! Wish we always had an iPad each. 

Having fun with science.

Room 25 getting stuck into fair testing. Does full fat milk react differently to low fat milk when we add detergent??? What do we change and what do we keep the same to make the test fair?

Mistletoe Bay 2013

This was the best camp at Mistletoe - ever. What made it perfect was the majestic weather, great company and chance to refine our boating skills. Here are a few snap shots....
